16. Assignment.

These Terms of Use, and any rights or licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but are freely assignable by TDIFO.com without restriction.

These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without reference to its choice of laws rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action under these Terms of Use will be in the state and federal courts of Seattle, Washington.
